Preparation
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly, hull them, and chop them into small pieces. Place them in a medium mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract together until fully blended.
- Add the chopped strawberries to the yogurt mixture. Stir gently to combine, ensuring that the strawberries are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a teaspoon, drop little dollops of the strawberry yogurt mixture onto the parchment, leaving some space between each dot.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the dots are completely frozen.
- Once frozen, carefully remove the dots from the parchment and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy straight from the freezer as a refreshing snack.
Notes
Feel free to substitute strawberries with other fresh fruits like bananas, blueberries, or mangoes for varied flavors. Ensure your yogurt isn't overly runny for better consistency. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two months.
