Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain or flavored yogurt Greek or regular works well
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, adjust for sweetness

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by hulling and chopping your fresh strawberries into small, manageable pieces.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and honey. If you prefer the yogurt plain, feel free to skip the honey.
  3. Gently fold the chopped strawberries into the yogurt mixture, ensuring that they are evenly distributed throughout.
  4. Using a spoon or a small scoop, drop generous teaspoons of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet. Make sure there is space between each dot for them to freeze properly.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2 to 3 hours, or until the dots are thoroughly frozen.
  6. Once frozen, pop them off the baking sheet and store in an airtight container.
  7. Grab a few at a time, and enjoy your homemade Strawberry Yogurt Dots!

Notes

For best results, store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month. Use parchment paper between layers to avoid sticking.
