Strawberry Vanilla Bean Ice Cream: A Sweet Scoop of Bliss!

Who doesn't love a creamy scoop of homemade ice cream? It's the perfect treat for those warm summer days or a cozy night in.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 ml of whip cream
  • 250 ml of whole milk
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 100 g of chocolate pieces black or milk
  • 100 g of chopped cookies
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar optional

Instructions
 

  • Beat the cream: In a large mixing bowl, beat the whip cream with sugar and vanilla essence until thickened and fluffy. Your mixture should have peaks that hold!
  • Add milk: Gently fold in the whole milk using a spatula until fully integrated. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream too much!
  • Incorporate flavors: Stir in the chocolate and chopped cookies until evenly distributed throughout the mixture. This is where the fun happens!
  • Freezing time: Pour everything into a suitable container, cover with plastic wrap, and place it into the freezer for at least 6 hours. Patience is key here!
  • Enjoy: Before serving, let it sit for a few minutes at room temperature to soften slightly, and then scoop out the creamy goodness!
