Ingredients
  

For the salad
  • 5 cups Fresh Spinach, washed and dried
  • 2 cups Strawberries, hulled and sliced Reserve a few for garnishing
  • ¾ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled Can substitute with goat cheese
  • ½ cup Pecans, chopped Optional to toast for extra flavor
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced Adds a lovely bite
  • ½ cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Can be store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the washed and dried spinach.
  2. Next, add your sliced strawberries and set some aside for garnishing if desired.
  3. Add the thinly sliced red onion and chopped pecans to the mixture.
  4. Gently sprinkle the crumbled feta over the mixture.
  5. Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  6. Transfer your salad to a serving dish, garnish with reserved strawberries, and serve immediately.

Notes

For best flavor, avoid dressing the salad too early. Store components separately to maintain freshness for up to 2 days.
