  • 2-3 tablespoons Sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice, freshly squeezed Freshly squeezed lemon juice is preferred.

  1. Wash the fresh strawberries thoroughly under cool running water. Hull and slice them to maximize their flavor.
Mixing
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Gently mash the strawberries with a fork or potato masher until you achieve a chunky consistency. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to allow the sugar to dissolve and the flavors to meld.
Serving
  1. In a large glass or pitcher, pour the sparkling water. Carefully fold in the strawberry mixture, ensuring you mix without losing too much fizz.
  2. Pour the vibrant blend into tall glasses filled with ice. For an extra touch, garnish with a fresh strawberry or a sprig of mint. Enjoy the effervescence!
