  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (for coating)

Preparation
  1. In a food processor, finely crush the Oreo cookies until they resemble crumbs.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Gradually add the Oreo crumbs to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
  4. Use your hands to roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
  6. While the Oreo balls are chilling, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler.
  7. Dip each chilled Oreo ball in the melted white chocolate and return them to the baking sheet. Let any excess chocolate drip off.
  8. Place the coated Oreo balls back in the fridge for another 15 minutes or until the chocolate has set.
