- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are evenly coated.

Making the Cheesecake Filling
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, blending until well combined.
- Gently fold in 1 1/2 cups of the whipped cream until creamy and smooth. Be careful not to over-mix.
Assembling
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust and spread it evenly.
- Layer the sliced strawberries on top and drizzle with strawberry jam.
Chilling
- Cover the dessert and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, top with the remaining whipped cream and a few extra strawberry slices for garnish.
