Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the green caps, and slice them for easier blending.
  2. In a blender or food processor, add the sliced strawberries, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and honey (or maple syrup).
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste the dressing and add salt and pepper to flavor it to your preference, then blend again briefly to mix.
  5. Pour the dressing into a jar or container, and it’s ready to serve or store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Notes

This dressing is best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to a week in an airtight container. Shake or stir before using.
