For the Strawberry Milk
  • 1 cup rolled oats The base for your overnight oats.
  • 1 cup milk (or your favorite non-dairy alternative) Options include almond milk, oat milk, or regular dairy milk.
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries Chopped or sliced, for adding that fruity touch.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For that aromatic flavor boost.
Optional Toppings
  • granola For added crunch.
  • shredded coconut For added texture.
  • more fresh strawberries For serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, add the rolled oats. Pour in the strawberry milk mixture and stir well until the oats are fully coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a mason jar or bowl and cover it. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serving
  1. In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Top with additional fresh strawberries and your choice of crunchy toppings before enjoying!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for up to one month; thaw in the fridge overnight.
