Preparation
- In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the rolled oats. Pour in the strawberry milk mixture and stir well until the oats are fully coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a mason jar or bowl and cover it. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serving
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Top with additional fresh strawberries and your choice of crunchy toppings before enjoying!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for up to one month; thaw in the fridge overnight.
