- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) so it’s hot and ready for the bars.
- Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan with a little butter or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the softened butter and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Use your hands or a fork to mix until crumbly and well-combined.
- Press half of the oat mixture firmly into the bottom of your prepared baking pan.
- Spread the sliced strawberries evenly over the oat layer.
- Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the strawberries, ensuring it covers them generously.
- Place the pan in your preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Once baked, remove the pan from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes
Store in an airtight container for 4-5 days in the refrigerator. To freeze, wrap in plastic wrap, they last up to two months. Reheat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds for a fresh-baked taste.
