Preparation
- Start by flattening the bread slices using a rolling pin.
- Evenly spread about a tablespoon of Nutella on each slice of bread.
- Place a few slices of strawberries on top of the Nutella.
- Gently roll the bread slices from one end to the other, creating a tight roll.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter.
Cooking
- Dip each rolled-up slice into the egg mixture, coating well.
- Place the rolled slices in the heated pan and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from the pan, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a toaster oven or pan. For freezing, wrap each roll-up tightly and store in a freezer-safe bag for up to a month.
