  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional) Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 1 cup coconut water or juice Can be substituted with almond milk or other juices.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by washing the strawberries and removing the stems. Chop them into quarters.
  2. Do the same for the mangoes, peeling and slicing them into chunks.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the chopped strawberries and mangoes.
  2. If desired, add sugar to the mixture for extra sweetness.
  3. Pour in the coconut water or juice and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Molding
  1. Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  2. If you don’t have molds, use small paper cups with popsicle sticks inserted.
  3. Insert sticks according to manufacturer’s instructions or when the mixture is partially frozen.
Freezing
  1. Place the filled molds in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Serving
  1. Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles.
  2. Enjoy these refreshing popsicles on a sunny day or during cozy evenings at home!

Notes

Store popsicles in an airtight container for up to two months. For best flavor, consume them within the first month. If they are too hard to remove from molds, let them sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes before serving.
