Ingredients
Method
Brew the Espresso
- Start by brewing your strong coffee or espresso. This should take around 3-4 minutes.
Prepare the Strawberry Puree
- While the coffee is brewing, wash and hull the fresh strawberries. Blend until smooth. Add sugar gradually if desired.
Heat the Milk
- In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk until hot but not boiling. Froth the milk for a light texture.
Combine
- In your favorite coffee mug, pour in the brewed espresso first, followed by the strawberry puree. Gently stir to mix.
Add Milk
- Slowly pour the warm, frothed milk over the espresso and strawberry mixture. Give it a light stir if desired.
Garnish
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries.
Serve and Enjoy
- Sip, enjoy, and let the flavors dance on your palate!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours. Reheat gently on the stove, avoiding the microwave to retain flavor and texture.
