  • 1 cup heavy cream Whipped for a fluffy texture.
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
For the Crust
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer, whip the cream until soft peaks form—approximately 3-5 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the condensed milk mixture until incorporated, being careful not to deflate the cream too much.
  4. Fold the sliced strawberries into the creamy mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Chilling
  1. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until it sets completely.
Serving
  1. Slice, serve, and enjoy your delicious Strawberry Icebox Pie!
