  • 1 cup coconut milk Canned for rich creaminess.
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • to taste fresh strawberries For garnish.

Preparation
  1. If using fresh strawberries, wash and hull them. If using frozen, ensure they’re fully frozen.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen strawberries, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Start blending on low.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, occasionally scraping down the sides. Achieve a soft-serve texture.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey or syrup if needed.
  5. Scoop into bowls or cones and garnish with fresh strawberries. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 days. Enjoy fresh for best flavor and texture!
