- If using fresh strawberries, wash and hull them. If using frozen, ensure they’re fully frozen.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen strawberries, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Start blending on low.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, occasionally scraping down the sides. Achieve a soft-serve texture.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey or syrup if needed.
- Scoop into bowls or cones and garnish with fresh strawberries. Enjoy!
Notes
