  • 2 tablespoons hot water Use boiling water.
For the latte
  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk) Almond or oat milk can be used for a twist.
  • Strawberries (for garnish) Fresh strawberries for decoration.
  • Ice (optional) Add ice for a refreshing drink.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
  2. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, whip the mixture until it becomes light and fluffy, which takes about 3-5 minutes.
  3. While the coffee is whipping, fill a cup with ice and add your milk, leaving space for the whipped coffee.
  4. Spoon the whipped coffee over the milk mixture to create a layered effect.
  5. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices.

Notes

For best results, use a good quality instant coffee. You can also add a drop of vanilla extract to the whipped coffee for extra flavor. Experiment with different fruits and milk options.
