  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled Fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium banana Peeled
  • 1 cup coconut milk Creamy for the best texture
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks Fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional, for sweetness
  • as needed cubes Ice Optional, for added chill

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Hull the strawberries, peel the banana, and cut the fresh pineapple into chunks.
  2. If using frozen fruits, there is no need to thaw them.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the hulled strawberries, banana, and pineapple chunks.
  2. Pour in the creamy coconut milk and drizzle in honey if desired.
  3. Add ice cubes if using, then blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  4. Taste your smoothie, and add more honey if you like it sweeter. Blend again to combine.
Serving
  1. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with extra fruit or coconut flakes if desired.
  2. Enjoy immediately for the freshest taste!

Notes

Using frozen fruits creates a thicker smoothie. Adjust the consistency by adding more coconut milk as needed. You can experiment with flavors by swapping pineapple for mango or adding spinach.
