  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for a smooth mixture.
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • to taste Graham cracker crumbs For topping

Preparation
  1. Hull and slice the fresh strawberries and set them aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and vanilla yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add honey or sugar to the mixture, adjusting to your preferred sweetness, and blend until fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract to enhance the flavor.
  5. Gently fold the sliced strawberries into the creamy mixture, ensuring some pieces remain for texture.
  6. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  7. Insert sticks and place the molds in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
  8. To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes

If you want to make this vegan, substitute with coconut yogurt and non-dairy cream cheese. Store in the freezer for up to two months in an airtight container. Best enjoyed straight from the freezer.
