Method
 

Marinating the Steak
  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add sliced flank steak and mix well. Let it marinate for 15 minutes while you prepare other ingredients.
Preparing the Tortillas
  1. Warm your corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until they’re flexible, around 30-60 seconds per side. Set aside.
Cooking the Steak
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of oil. Once hot, add the marinated steak. Sear for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the meat is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
Assembling the Tacos
  1. Take a warm tortilla, add a portion of the cooked steak, and top with fresh pico de gallo, sliced avocado, and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.

Notes
