- Start by cooking the pasta according to package instructions. Make sure to season the water with salt for added flavor. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced halal sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- While the sausage cooks, mix the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Once the sausage is browned, pour the honey-garlic mixture over it. Stir well to coat the sausage, and then add the cooked pasta. Toss everything together until the pasta is evenly coated.
- Taste the dish and add salt and pepper as necessary.
