- In a large skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil.
- Once the oil is hot, stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the beef mince to the skillet. Cook thoroughly, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust soy sauce or honey as desired for your taste preference.
- Remove from heat, garnish with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro, then serve hot.
Notes
For added variety, serve over jasmine rice or with stir-fried vegetables. Garnish with fresh herbs for a pop of flavor and color. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
