Preparation
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil.
  2. Once the oil is hot, stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the beef mince to the skillet. Cook thoroughly, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust soy sauce or honey as desired for your taste preference.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro, then serve hot.

Notes

For added variety, serve over jasmine rice or with stir-fried vegetables. Garnish with fresh herbs for a pop of flavor and color. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
