  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix Instant pudding mix works best.
  • 1 cup whipped cream Can be homemade or store-bought.
  • 2-3 drops green food coloring Adjust for desired shade.
Shake Ingredients
  • 1 cup mint chocolate chip ice cream Can substitute with any favorite flavor.
Toppings (Optional)
  • crushed Oreos For a chocolatey crunch.
  • rainbow sprinkles Add festive color.
  • chocolate shavings For added decoration.

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of milk with the instant vanilla pudding mix. Whisk together for about 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
  2. Stir in 2-3 drops of green food coloring until you achieve your desired hue. Mix well!
  3. Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped cream to the pudding mixture until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, blend the mint chocolate chip ice cream until creamy, adding a splash of milk if needed.
  5. In serving cups, layer the green pudding and blended shake alternately until full, leaving space for toppings.
  6. Top with crushed Oreos, rainbow sprinkles, or chocolate shavings as desired.
  7. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

These pudding cups can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. If saving, add toppings just before serving to maintain freshness.
