- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of milk with the instant vanilla pudding mix. Whisk together for about 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
- Stir in 2-3 drops of green food coloring until you achieve your desired hue. Mix well!
- Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped cream to the pudding mixture until combined.
- In a separate bowl, blend the mint chocolate chip ice cream until creamy, adding a splash of milk if needed.
- In serving cups, layer the green pudding and blended shake alternately until full, leaving space for toppings.
- Top with crushed Oreos, rainbow sprinkles, or chocolate shavings as desired.
- Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
These pudding cups can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. If saving, add toppings just before serving to maintain freshness.
