  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 5 pieces radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 large avocado, diced Can be substituted with diced pears or feta cheese.
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
Vinaigrette Ingredients
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and radishes.
  2. Slice the cucumbers and radishes thinly, halve the cherry tomatoes, and dice the avocado.
Making the Vinaigrette
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Toss in the chopped basil.
Assembling the Salad
  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, and avocado.
Dressing the Salad
