- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, grated cheese, chopped onion, bell pepper, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and spices. Mix until well incorporated.
- Transfer the meat mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Shape it into a loaf and sculpt it into a spooky zombie shape.
- Squeeze ketchup over the top of the meatloaf for a bloody effect and sprinkle additional grated cheese for gooey texture.
- Use slices of olives or small balls of cheese to form 'eyes' on the meatloaf.
Cooking
- Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for about 45-55 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Allow the meatloaf to cool slightly before slicing and enjoy!
Notes
