Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Gently rinse the mushrooms under cold water and pat them dry. Carefully remove the stems and set aside the caps for filling.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Cooking
- Using a spoon, carefully fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture. Top each filled mushroom with a slice of black olive to create the 'pupil' of the eyeball.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let them cool for a few minutes, then serve on a spooky platter and watch your guests’ reactions!
