  • 1/2 cup sour cream
Cheeses
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives For decoration.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and sour cream. Blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese until evenly mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a medium-sized baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
Finishing Touches
  1. Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Top with black olives and chopped green onions.
  2. Serve hot with tortilla chips for dipping.

Notes

For a spicier kick, consider using pepper jack cheese. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
