- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the spinach mixture onto the center of the tortilla, spreading it evenly.
- Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly, ensuring the filling stays inside.
- Use a sharp knife to cut the rolled tortilla into bite-sized pinwheels, about 1 inch thick.
- Continue with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Arrange your Spinach and Feta Pinwheels on a platter, and they are ready to be enjoyed!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Unassembled pinwheels can be frozen for later use. Reheat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds if desired.
