Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onions.
- In a medium pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil over medium heat.
Cooking
- Once the water is boiling, add the Maggi noodles and boil for about 2 minutes until they begin to soften but are not fully cooked.
- Stir in the gochujang and soy sauce, making sure they dissolve and mix well with the noodles.
- Toss in the chopped vegetables and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the noodles are cooked through and the veggies are tender yet crisp.
- Add the sesame oil and stir to incorporate it into the noodles.
- Remove from heat, serve in bowls, and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For longer storage, freeze the noodles.
