Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with harissa paste, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Roast the cauliflower in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it is golden and tender. Shake the baking sheet halfway through for even roasting.
Serving
- Once done, remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and optionally garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
