Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken rotisserie chicken works great!
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened 8 ounces
  • ½ cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce or to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided into two portions
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese optional
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Frank’s RedHot Sauce. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the cream cheese mixture. If you’re feeling adventurous, toss in some crumbled blue cheese for an added kick!
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Once baked, remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve warm with chips, bread, or veggies.

Notes

For a healthier option, consider using Greek yogurt in place of ranch dressing or opting for reduced-fat cream cheese. You can prepare the dip ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator.
