Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, diced green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the dip mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing the top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes when ready to enjoy.
