Preparation
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of garlic butter over medium heat. Add the bite-sized chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and sauté until the chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Lower the heat and add the remaining garlic butter to the skillet with the chicken. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Gradually add in the mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, and Parmesan, stirring continuously until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing everything together until the pasta is well coated in the cheesy sauce. If needed, adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper.
- Plate your pasta and garnish with fresh parsley. Dig in and enjoy every cheesy, spicy bite!
Notes
For a lighter option, consider substituting cheeses or serving with a side salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days and reheat gently.
