Preparation
  1. Start by squeezing fresh lemons until you have about 2 cups of lemon juice.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice with 1 cup of sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  3. Pour in 4 cups of sparkling water and 1 cup of club soda.
  4. Add ice to the pitcher to chill the punch.
  5. Garnish each glass with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
