Preparation
- Wash your grapes under cold water, then pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- If making sour sugar, mix equal parts powdered sugar and citric acid in a bowl until combined.
- Toss the dry grapes in the sour sugar mixture until they are fully coated.
- Place the coated grapes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- Transfer the chilled grapes to a serving bowl and enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftover Sour Patch Grapes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. They are best served chilled. You can prep them a day in advance for better flavor.
