Ingredients
  

For the jelly
  • 2 cups boiling water To dissolve the jelly
  • 1 packet (3 oz.) flavored jelly (any favorite flavor) Choose a flavor you love
  • 1 cup cold water To mix with the jelly
For the snowman decoration
  • 1 standard-size marshmallow (as snowman body)
  • 2-3 mini marshmallows (as the snowman’s head)
  • 2 candy eyes
  • 1 small piece carrot (for the nose)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by boiling 2 cups of water in a pot.
  2. Pour the boiling water into a mixing bowl and add the packet of flavored jelly. Stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Add 1 cup of cold water, mixing well.
Setting the Jelly
  1. Pour the jelly mixture into a square or rectangular dish.
  2. Place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for about 1 to 2 hours, or until set firmly.
Assembling the Snowman
  1. Once the jelly is completely set, stack one standard-sized marshmallow on top of two mini marshmallows to form your snowman.
  2. Use the candy eyes to give your snowman some character and place the small piece of carrot for the nose.
Final Assembly
  1. Gently place your snowman atop the set jelly in the dish.
  2. You can add a few extra mini marshmallows around him for an even more festive look.
Serving
  1. Once assembled, serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until you are ready to present it at your gathering.

Notes

This dessert is best enjoyed fresh, but can be refrigerated for 3-4 days in an airtight container. Reheating is unnecessary but can be done gently if preferred warm.
