Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 medium medium-sized apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp) Opt for a mix of tart and sweet apples.
  • 4 bars Snickers bars (fun size works well) Cold candy bars are easier to cut.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped peanuts Optional for extra crunch.
  • 1 cup whipped topping Or cool whip.
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce For drizzling.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by washing and dicing your apples into bite-sized pieces, leaving the skin on for added color and nutrition.
  2. Slice the Snickers bars into small chunks. You can do this easily by placing them in the freezer for about 10 minutes before chopping.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the whipped topping and vanilla yogurt. Stir well until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add the diced apples, chopped Snickers, and mini marshmallows. If you’re using peanuts, add them as well.
  5. Pour the creamy dressing over the mixture and stir gently until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  6. Cover the salad with plastic wrap and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld together beautifully.
  7. When ready to serve, drizzle with caramel sauce for that extra touch of sweetness!

Notes

Serve the salad fresh for best texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2-3 days, but be aware that the apples may soften as they sit.
