Brownie Base
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Toppings
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl. Once melted, stir in the granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs, mixing in one at a time, and then stir in the vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs, mixing gently until evenly distributed.
Baking
  1. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  2. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the first layer, then gently dollop the remaining brownie batter on top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
  4. Cool, slice, and enjoy these gooey, delightful brownies!

Notes

For topping variations, consider adding chocolate chips or nuts. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week. You can freeze them for up to three months.
