Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until evenly mixed.
- In another bowl, mix together the milk, vegetable oil, and eggs until well-combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers until evenly distributed.
Baking
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, let it cool for about 10-15 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For perfect baking, adjust the time based on your oven and cover with foil if the top browns too quickly. Can substitute graham crackers with digestive biscuits and swap mini marshmallows for larger ones.
