Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups Butter, melted
  • 0.33 cups Granulated sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
For the filling
  • 2 cups Mini marshmallows
  • 1.5 cups Chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking pan (9×9 inches) with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and salt. Mix until you have a sandy texture.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the greased baking pan to form a crust.
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the crust, ensuring it’s well-covered.
  5. Top the chocolate chips with the mini marshmallows, spreading them to cover the entire surface.
Baking
  1. Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate has melted.
  2. Allow the bars to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing into squares.

Notes

For a twist, try adding optional toppings like peanut butter or sea salt. Store the bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for about a week. Reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds for gooey texture.
