Ingredients
  

  • For the Rolls
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet 2 ¼ teaspoons instant yeast
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup warm milk about 110°F/43°C
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • For the Topping
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Dough
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add the warm milk and melted butter. Stir until a dough forms.
  • Step 2: Knead and Shape
  • Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes, or until smooth and elastic. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape each into a ball.
  • Step 3: Let the Dough Rest
  • Place the dough balls on a baking sheet, cover with a kitchen towel, and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  • Step 4: Bake
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the rolls for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Step 5: Brush and Serve
  • Brush the warm rolls with melted butter and serve immediately.
