- Scatter the sliced onions, diced potatoes, and carrots around the roast.
- In a bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix, onion soup mix, and brown gravy mix. Mix with beef broth until well blended.
- Pour the seasoning mixture evenly over the beef and vegetables—no need to stir; just let it settle in.
Cooking
- Cover your slow cooker and set it to low, cooking for 8 hours, or high for 4-5 hours.
- Once the cooking time is up, shred the beef gently using two forks.
