Preparation
  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients.
  2. In your slow cooker, pour the chicken broth.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried oregano, then add them to the slow cooker.
  4. Sprinkle the diced red onion and minced garlic over the chicken, then layer the cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives on top.
  5. Pour the olive oil over the ingredients.
Cooking
  1. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Once cooked, crumble the feta cheese on top and gently stir.
