  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting your steak into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  2. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. In your slow cooker, place the steak pieces and pour over the melted garlic butter mixture. Stir to coat the steak.
Cooking
  1. Set your slow cooker on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  2. When done, the steak should be tender and soaking in the buttery goodness.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top for a touch of color and serve hot.
