- Begin by spraying the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or lightly greasing it.

- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the vegetables are tender.

Have leftovers? Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. You can freeze it for up to 3 months. When reheating, do so gently in the microwave or back on the stovetop with a splash of chicken broth to keep everything moist and delicious.
