Ingredients
  

  • - 4 cups frozen sweet corn about 2 16-oz bags
  • - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • - 4 oz cream cheese cubed
  • - ¼ cup unsalted butter cubed
  • - ½ cup heavy cream or whole milk
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - ½ tsp onion powder
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)
