- Trim any excess fat from the beef chuck roast and cut it into large chunks.

- Pour the beef broth over the meat, ensuring it’s well-covered but not submerged.
Cooking
- Set your slow cooker to low and let it cook for about 8 hours.
- Once the cooking time is up, carefully shred the beef using two forks.
Serving
- Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave until warm and pliable.
- Fill each tortilla with shredded beef and top with your choice of lettuce, tomato, cheese, and salsa.
Notes
For leaner meat, consider using beef sirloin. Marinating the beef overnight after seasoning can enhance the flavor.
