Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 4 large large russet potatoes Best results with russet potatoes for fluffy texture.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Optional, add during last 10 minutes of baking.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Carefully slice each potato into thin rounds, making sure not to cut all the way through the base.
  4. Place the sliced potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, fanning them out to maximize crispy edges.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the slices and sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika evenly across.
Baking

Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
