  • ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Add in the mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until everything is well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Be careful not to overmix!
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
