Preparation
  1. Cut your steak into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat until it starts to bubble.
Cooking
  1. Add the steak pieces to the pan in a single layer and cook for about 3-4 minutes without stirring to develop a nice crust.
  2. Flip the steak pieces, add the minced garlic, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Finishing Touches
  1. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Let the steak bites rest for a minute before serving.
  2. Transfer to a serving platter, spoon any remaining buttery sauce over the top, and enjoy warm.

Notes
