  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Ensure they are boneless and skinless.
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Adjust based on garlic preference.

  • to taste pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Optional, for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Carefully place the seasoned chicken breasts in the pan and cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side.
  3. Flip the chicken over and cook for an additional 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté until garlic is fragrant but not burnt.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan and spoon the garlic butter sauce over it.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in a skillet with a splash of water or broth for moisture.
